Fairmont Kea Lani Wailea
An extensive lobby area renovation in 2024, including incorporation of endemic Hawaiian plants as an arrival experience, native 'canoe plants' within the Hale Kukuna Cultural Center and exotic tropical species at the Pilina Lounge and Lobby.
Maui Makena Condominium
A new multi-unit condominium located near Maluaka Beach.
Kaiaulu o Halelea
A LEED certified 120-unit Multi-Family project on 16-acres in Kihei. This project opened in 2023.
Maui Coast Hotel Expansion
A new 170-room, 6- story hotel next to the Maui Coast Hotel. It is a $48 million construction project, on 4.8-acres. It also includes a one-story restaurant & retail building fronting South Kihei Road. Opened in 2024.
Kula Residence
Residential House and Landscape renovation in Kula.

AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea
The AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea opened in the Summer of 2021. It is a 110-room hotel on 3-acres.
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa
The Hyatt Regency Kaanapali completed extensive renovations of its 15,000 s.f. lobby Atrium in 2020. CHP MAUI provided exceptional landscape and hardscape design for the project.
Kaiwahine Village Kihei
CHP MAUI was the landscape architect for this 9.3-acre, 120-unit multi-family affordable housing project. Opened in 2020, it is LEED certified and the client was UHC Communities.
Hale Mahaolu ʻEwalu
A 60-unit senior rental housing complex in the Kulamalu Community Center in Pukalani. Completed July 2020.
Fairmont Kea Lani
The Adult Pool Renovation at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea featured a new spa design, expanded pool deck, new landscape planters, cabanas and landscape lighting.
A&B Sugar Museum
CHP MAUI updated the Puʻunēnē Sugar Museum Master Plan document in 2018.
Pukalani Elementary School
CHP MAUI renovated the Pukalani Elementary school with added seating, fences, shade and lawn areas using all Native Hawaiian shrubs and ground cover.
Kāʻanapali Beach Club
A landscape renovation of the lobby pond area. Converted to a garden space featuring a waterfall, ohia-rail bridge, tiki torches, seating, and a statue of King Kamehameha by Artist Caleb O’Connor.
Hyatt Residence Club Conversion of entry water features to planter spaces. Renovation of the BBQ area with wind screen fence and screen plantings.
Lā Ola Lāna'i Solar Farm
The 10-acre solar farm on the island of Lāna'i was the first large scale solar facility in the State of Hawai'i.
